How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept return of merchandise once it has been delivered and inspected.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately prior to signing the delivery packing slip. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 20% restocking fee for cancelled orders unless the item is being cancelled because it is no longer in stock.

In case of return or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
