For New York and New Jersey Customers: Deliveries will be done by Forest Furniture, and merchandise will be brought inside your home into any room of your choice. Delivery is free nationwide, but if you require installation and setup, we can do so for and additional fee based on the chart below. *Setup and installation includes fully setting up all furniture in room and location of your choice and removal of all packaging materials.

For all states OTHER than New York and New Jersey: Our deliveries will be done by our trusted freight carriers such as UPS, RnL, YRC, and more. Free Delivery is curbside, meaning right to the front of your home, however inside delivery and installation is available for an additional fee. Please call us on 718-981-1100 to quote you on the cost of inside delivery and setup.
We offer quality products to our customers at a great value. Any merchandise you receive in good condition can not be returned or cancelled. No refunds are available.
All furniture is inspected before being placed on the truck for delivery to make sure you receive your merchandise in good condition. We advise you to inspect the item before signing off on the invoice in order to ensure the item is in good condition. If in the rare occurrence you do find a defect, whether caused by the manufacturer or by our delivery team, Forest Furniture Inc. will repair the defect or replace the item. Forest Furniture Inc. is not responsible for any defects found after our delivery team leaves your home, however we will do our best to work with you to repair the defect.
